On Sunday, the Royal Netherlands Air Force Orchestra was at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum putting on a concert in celebration of 70 years since the liberation of the Netherlands. The MC for the event was the Defence Attaché from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, LCol. Christa Oppers-Beumer and also featured two singers. The collection of music ranged from WWII classics, Vera Lynn, and modern movie theme musics set for an orchestra. Overall, a lovely concert amongst the background of Canada’s aviation history.
